These witty companions have now amassed a cult collector following. Walid is renowned for taking a zero-waste approach to his artful creations, and these unusual sculptures are no different. The British-Iraqi designer repurposes historical antique materials and can take up to six months to create – such is the careful craftsmanship and attention to detail – and becomes more vivid as the creative process progresses.
